I've done phone interviews, written abstracts of documents, taken minutes at meetings, personal interviews, researched wide range of topics, write creatively to increase customer/public interest, I've also done editing work

My skills cover a wide range which includes public health information, computer skills, and "fun articles" about favorite web sites for kite flying, vacations, fashion, etc.

The freedom to manage my own time is probably the best part about working as a free-lancer, plus the variety of projects and the variety of people I've met.
