Ensure delivery of global talent acquisition initiatives and processes to attract and maintain the best talent. Work in partnership with the Talent Management staff, HR Business Systems group, and HR and operational business partners to drive standard processes and system usage. Manage projects that impact the workforce planning and talent acquisition areas. This includes the development of related metrics for the businesses. Report to the Director of Talent Management and manage a staff of 1 full-time and 4 contract recruiters, with indirect responsibility for the success of 14 field staffing specialists.
