What's the toughest problem you've had to solve at
Friendly Check Advance?
Dealing with a customer who was turned down for a loan. I always made the customer understand that I could not do anything about it and that if they had to many advances out anywhere else that I was unable to do them a loan. I would explain to them to go and pay off the one they had out and then come back to me to get approved up to 2 loans. I always managed through it and nobody ever left mad at me....
