How would you describe what you did at
Fuddruckers?
I began as a GSA (Guest Services Associate) and buser. Being a GSA was fun. I was able to put smiles on our customer's face and get to know them. Then when they come into the restaurant again they remember you and you remember them. I had several customers that asked for me when they came in and it made me feel good. After a few months i was trained to be in the bakery. The bakery was always busy but time flew. The bakery was rewarding because i was able to talk with the kids that came into the resaturant. Making a child happy after giving them their cookie made me happy. Being on the register was my next task. It was a little hard at first but i mastered it. I actully began to train people on the register once i got it down pact. Teaching fellow employess how to exceed at register was one of the best experience that I had at Fuddruckers. After learning the line and prep the last step was being a supervisor. Thats were I ended up. I became the Supervisor in May of 2007. There was alot of responsibilities than I thought. I was the closing supervisor so it seemed like more weight was put on my shoulders. However, I was able to do it. I was in charge of the store being clean and ready for the following morning, counting the drawers, putting the deposit in the safe and locking up. Sometimes it was hard but I learned a great deal and I was glad that I was able to become a supervisor....
