Experiences at Fujitsu Network Communications

Developed Service Specifications for existing and new service offerings to be provided by FNS to customers in the Telecommunications Service Provider Marketplace. Services included:
* Spares Management Services - Developed and implemented a nationwide spares management program to support an $18 million contract for a national carrier.
* Service Offer Management - Developed Statements of Work of up to $8 million for Professional Services to support projects for Fujitsu customers. Professional Services included Network Operations Center Support, OSS Integration Services, Network Assessment Services, and Program Management Services....
