What's the toughest problem you've had to solve at GE Aviation?The toughest problem I have ever had to solve at GE would be reducing delinquencies while outsourcing a product.

What are the most challenging aspects of your job at GE Aviation?Learning that it wasn't really about how much intelligence I had. It was about learning how to motivate other people around me.

How would you describe what you did at GE Aviation?I had a very broad experience, working in Sourcing, Component repair, Integration, Distribution, and Customer Support. I gained knowledge in each of those areas which helped develop me. GE developed me well through the training they offer during Leadership programs.
