I detailed, designed and checked plans for air cooled heat exchangers. I supervised one of the two drafting rooms training personnel and checking their work. I assured that the work would get done as scheduled. I reported progress to the head engineer. During my tenure with Rainey I re-wrote their Design Standard Book....
