I think I would have to say unerwriting a policy for the right company placement because you have to take alot of different items in consideration, like age, driving history of every one in household, occupation, etc.

I would say retainng the customers after we have had a rate increase due to accidents payout for a particular state or area.

I assisted customers with their policies. I explained their coverages and answered any questions that they may have had. I reissued & cancelled policies, as well. On the sales side , I sold Geico products that would help our customers better their coverage.

There is really no secret, I would say just to show yourself dependable, expeirence and self motivated to do the job,

Be sure that you have an excellent support system in place. GEICO does not tolerate employees being late or calling in. They have a very strict 97% dependability rate, and do not bend from that for any reason, including family emergencies or hospitalizations.

Successfully complete at least 2 interviews, along with passing a day-long battery of testing. The tests included such things as reading comprehension, typing, phone skills and multitasking situations.

ONE MUST BE VERY PERSISTANT IN THE APPLICATION PROCESS. ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT THINGS IS EDUCATION. A BACHELORS DEGREE IS VERY IMPORTANT. ALSO, A PROFICIENCY IN CUSTOMER RELATIONS AND TIME MANAGEMENT
