How would you describe what you did at Galileo International (now TravelPort)?

Primary responsibilities were; LAN / WAN network design and 4th Level support of their very large IP routed network. The Galileo IP network connected 40,000 different sites around the globe and consisted of several thousand routers (Nortel / Cisco) that collapsed onto a Nortel Networks ATM Backbone. My tasks included; Designing new IP access, Planning and Implementation to support growth, ATM configuration and troubleshooting, router configuration and troubleshooting, remote monitoring, LAN design and problem resolution (using Network Associates Sniffers). Router configuration included; RIPv2, OSPF, and BGP4 configuration, and dial backup configuration.
