I helped customers find what they needed in the store, answered mulitple phone calls and took messages. I kept the area clean and did opening and closing tasks. I dealt with returns, layaways, etc. I also had to deal with the occasional unhappy customer and help make their experience a pleasant one so they would come back to the store pleased with our service....
