I started working at Gap while attending high school and college, so the first thing you want to have working at Gap is to have a positive outlook and personable approach where people feel comfortable to ask for assistance. In retail, have to have a good personality, dress for the job, and be able to answer questions on the fly, or quickly find a solution. Thats what I learned from the Gap, and it aided my overall job growth for the future...

Utilized a Lean/Six-Sigma approach to begin re-engineering the Campus Safety Team to reduce the cost impact to the business and improve the efficiencies of the current processes...
