I started working at Gap while attending high school and college, so the first thing you want to have working at Gap is to have a positive outlook and personable approach where people feel comfortable to ask for assistance. In retail, have to have a good personality, dress for the job, and be able to answer questions on the fly, or quickly find a solution.
