providing certified nursing assistant skills on temporary basis to assigned health care facilities throughout the greater chicago area. This included providing care for elderly,personal care,dressing,changing linens,feeding,recording vital signs and monitoring changes in patient health.WHile on assignment I have rotate to several department,including General Surgery,Neurology,Pediatrics and Cardiology.Other experience include work in state mental health facilities duties include directly with Director of Nursing(Don),UNit Manger taking vital signs calling outside facilities get lab results,sheduling clinic appt/hospital visit and filing important paper into medical record and charts....

I provide a variety of services for elderly client, including baths and assistance with bathroom needs; help clients get dressed, do exercises, and get in and out of bed; ensure clients take their medicine; light housekeeping, including laundry; escort clients during errands, including shopping and doctor's appointments....
