The lunches at Opryland are really good. The cafeteria has a lot of variety including a salad bar, sandwich bar, hamburgers, hot dogs, a hot bar that changes daily that usually offers a meat and 2 to 3 vegetables and we have a selection of healthier choices that also change daily.

1. STARS First Culture -- we call our employee's STARS which stands for smiles, teamwork, attitude, reliability and service with a passion. We always put our STARS first and in return they provide our guest's with great service!
2. We have FUN @ work! Gaylord is always doing fun and exciting things for our STARS. We have an All STAR Rally (same as a pep rally) every quarter, we have several sports leagues that include flag football, bowling and softball and Gaylord keeps us informed about what is going on in the hotel by letting us see first hand. For example, free tickets to the Grand Ole Opry, tickets to go see the world-famous Music City Rockettes, etc.
3. Daily meal credit (FREE meal - breakfast, lunch or dinner). We even have a pool table, video games and computers in our cafeteria!
4. Lots of growth opportunity. We have a variety of jobs which means limitless potential for growth.
