I designed Jack ID for General Dynamics, using Microstation V8.

Designed organizational strategy for increasing customer satisfaction.
Developed survey instrument to measure customer satisfaction.

The three best things about working at General Dynamics were the people, the experience, and the learning. I got to know some very helpful people that taught me more about finance and computer programs. I also recieved some very useful experience. I am an accounting major and getting to know accounting coputer programs and how to set up spreadsheets was very helpful. The learning experience was incredible....
