Train consumers to meet required goals, attend training seminars, work in a team environment. Always putting the consumer first.

Education or experience. People skills

Train consumers for neccesary goals in their house as well as in the community. Document goal progress. Direct care including grooming, showering. Transporting consumers to recreational, community events. Plan lunch menues, grocery shopping, and assist consumers with housekeeping chores. Assist and plan recreation with consumers. Handle money allownace when out in the community with consumers. Attend weekly staff meetings and keep up with necessary training meetings in accordance with agency policy....
