Experiences at Geneva College

I learned a great deal of effective leadership, team building. The importance of synergy and whole persons management.

Worked wtih media in three outlets: video, audio, and web. I took the basic classes in audio and I took both basic and advanced classes in video and web.

I don't believe that there is a "secret" to getting hired at Geneva College. The school is very upfront about what they want and are very professional in handling the hiring process. It is a known fact that someone interested has to have the same religious beliefs, but that is something that they specify....

I began my first week freshman year after seeking out a position while I was visiting the college. I have worked for the Web Development department through my '06/'07 school (my junior) year on www.geneva.edu and even had to manage the website for a semester on my own while the college was in search for a new web developer. Now, in the summer of 2007 I am working for public relations where myself and two other interns are planning and coordinating the college's Homecoming for 2007....
