How would you describe what you did at
Gerry's Kitchen?
Server/Busser/Barista. Opening and closing duties; including, preparing the dining room for service, stocking the server station, prepared the espresso machine, cleaned the dining room, server station, and espresso machine at closing time. Closed out the till at the end of shift, and counted and documented the sales for the day. Trained new employee's, seated customers, took drink orders and food orders, made espresso drinks, served customers their meal, and made sure all of the guests were pleased and had everything they needed....
