How would you describe what you did at GetConnected?

Responsible for assessing the current QA environment and processes, making recommendations for staffing to support software development efforts, interfacing with development, product management and with outsourced QA teams. An understanding of full life cycle testing, use of automated test tools, experience writing and executing test scripts and testing in a multi-layer application environment are all required. Key to driving QA processes.
Experienced testing multi-level Web applications.
Experienced in the use of automated test tools, developing test scripts, analyzing test results.
A solid understanding of Web development architecture and operations.
Testing .Net applications.
SQL Query experience. MS SQL Server
Experience testing retail (especially POS) applications.
Ability to develop accurate estimates of time and effort required to test complex software systems
