* Reported directly to CFO.
* Participated in developing quarterly 10-QSB and year end 10-KSB SEC Reports.
* Reconciled business bank ABL account, manage accounts payable for two of three company divisions.

I learned more about financial analysis but more importantly the system in which accounting is founded upon. FASB regulations are very stringent and must be followed. I worked under a CFO. It was very beneficial because he was very familiar with the accounting rules. Therefore I learned the universal rules under his guidance. I also was accountable for executive reports. This forced me to be very accurate and timely. All in all, it was a great growing experience and I had fun along the way....
