How would you describe what you did at Global Crossing?

* Responsible for ensuring the integrity of Global Crossing wholesale billing and managing revenue assurance projects with the overall goal of reducing billing errors and preventing revenue leakage.
* Coordinate the resolution of billing issues generated by the wholesale customer base.
Investigate the issues, including creating Syncsort, SAS and JCL programs to extract, report on and correct issues.
* Develop business requirements for billing system enhancement projects, including CLEC billing and CABS billing. This includes directing requirements meetings, gathering data, clarifying and documenting the business requirements and creating comprehensive documentation. Also includes testing all software changes.
* Managed Arbor/BP billing system product and rate configuration activities. Included directing a team of business analysts, gathering requirements, using SQL to configure database tables.
