Experiences at Global Vision Entertainment

I am in charge of the organization and management of the resources GVE possesses in a way that fulfills our signed contracts and projects. I manage these resources within the defined look/feel, quality, timeline and budget specified between GVE executives and the client. Primarily I am striving to maintain the progress and productive nature between all parties involved with any particular project. Most importantly I feel that I am a client representative and I have to determine and implement the exact needs of the client, based on the knowledge of our business relationship, contract, and realistic workloads of GVE employees. Client satisfaction upon completion and grasp of our progress during production is crucial to the project management process. I am available to answer any questions that the client or member of GVE may have, centralizing all information concerning the project at hand. If I am not aware of the answer to any questions that arise, I am responsible for finding this answer in a timely fashion, and then relaying the information to all parties involved.
