Made rare move into PIA after being actively recruited by client based on success of previous working relationships. Performed investment and fund related analysis and reporting. Administered "Venture Technology" portfolio: valued investments, executed transactions, sourced portfolio information.
* Led complicated processes of collecting and compiling investment information from portfolio company CEOs/CFOs, junior and senior investment professionals to produce Annual reports, projections of future investment performance for investor presentation and budget, and documentation to comply with Sarbanes Oxley. * Co-Managed creation of PIA's multibillion dollar Budget and developed model to accurately compare actual and projected performance to budgeted performance; designed method that reduced data-collection time by 500%. * Responsible for trading over $1 billion of foreign currency; designed enterprise solution to manage process. * Presented process recommendation to Senior Management for reconciling all cash activity vs. Funds books. Process eliminated one full day of work per week and caught over $50 million of errors/differences in one year....
