Experiences at GreenPoint Mortgage

My last position held at Greenpoint was as an Underwriter. I reviewed credit and collateral to make the best decision on if a loan should be approved. I strived to minimize risk for the company but to also provide excellent customer service to our clients.

My skills and experience showed that I was capable on getting the job done.

UNDERWROTE MORTGAGE LOAN APPLICATIONS.

Serviced existing loans, anwered questions about the types of loan a mortgagor had, data entry,input and calculated rates, assisted on special projects,made extensive notes in the system and also in letters that the mortgagors received in response to problems with the loan they had.
