A 2.3 million square foot lifestyle center that will be one of the largest of its kind in the nation.

I find my work interesting and I'm always striving to learn more. The projects can be pretty high profile and I enjoy seeing the products of my labor being constructed.

I drive 15 miles each way. This is a commute that can take anywhere from 25 minutes to an hour.

I answered an advertisement in a regional newspaper.

The interview process mostly consisted of a presentation by the branch managers on the the position and company. Then there was a short question and answer period followed by introductions to the staff.

Further, management at my particular branch will often nudge you outside your comfort zone to build confidence and broaden experiences. In this type of environment the potential for advancement is accelerated.

2. Management strives to make employee satisfaction their number one priority.

3. My coworkers. I genuinely feel as if I come to work with my friends every day. I always have the support of my coworkers, especially under tight deadlines and when working with high pressure clients and/or projects.
