I believe my belief in God and working for him is what ultimately got me hired at Guam SDA Clinic. Also being open and honest from the start and a willingness to adapt and change your work skills to improve company production and customer satisfaction.

How would you describe what you did at Guam Seventh-Day Adventist Clinic?

Assist Dental Hygienists: Greet and seat each patient, take and develop X-rays, assist hygienists in cleanings, enter patients data into computer, maintain and sanitize all dental equipment such as dental chairs and instruments, manage hygiene inventory and keep all stations stocked with supplies, ensure all dental equipment is working properly, repair handpieces and dental equipment.
Assist Dental Receptionists: Xerox, fax, copy, and scan all pertinent data, schedule patients for single or double booking, provide courtesy and reminder calls, maintain and update charts, shred paper charts, post payments, and submit insurance claims.
Assist Dentist: Greet and seat each patient, set up and assist dentist during all dental procedures, ensure proper materials are set-up, sanitize dental chair and equipment.

Screen each patient and take vitals, enter patient data into computer, build and format forms, pamphlets, brochures, and cookbooks for Newstart classes, assist Doctors with lectures, Manage Wellness Center Inventory, Provide staff support for all classes and health fairs, Manage all Newstart patient files, Keep nurses station fully stocked at all times, Maintain nurses station, Run controls on all Glucose and Cholesterol monitors, Keep Log of equipment being used for mission trips and get reimbursements for stock used for trips, post patients charges to insurance, schedule appointments, make courtesy calls, submit and sign for employee timesheets for accounting, assist receptionists in scanning, faxing, billing, copying, and emailing all pertinent patient data.... read more
