Secondly - Anyone who works there is passionate about their music and their music gear.
Thirdly - The owner actually cared about selling decent quality guitars. Guitars.co.uk is the only guitar shop I know of that goes to the expense of 'setting-up' a guitar before it leaves the premises....

During my employment Guitars.co.uk was run out of a small shop on the outskirts of Leamington Spa in the UK. But the company was the number one on-line guitar retailer for the UK. Visitors to the store were always so shocked to find that such a big online presence was based out of a comparatively small physical location....
