Coordinate the collection of textbook data through faculty adoption forms. Analyze and edit the forms along with enrollment information and historical data to determine the number of new and used textbooks to buy for the store. Coordinate buyback at the end of each term. Resolve problems with customers, faculty and publishers. Supervise store employees and coordinate their daily routine and fill in for the Store Manager in her absence. Check invoices, purchase orders, key recs, ship recs, and adoption for accuracy, completeness and for timelines of processing. Insure that textbooks are priced correctly. Determine workable shelving arrangement of the textbooks. Enter data into the store's computer system. Assist customers with finding books, answering questions, resolving problems, handling customer/publisher returns, and ordering books....
