Scope of the project work included the following:
* Topographical survey layouts, complete design and construction layout for residential, commercial and industrial site plans.
* Design for subdivision and condominiums involved road design, grading, storm sewer, sanitary and water main layout.
* Storm sewer pipe design, profiles using storm cad software and storm calculations.
* Prepared demolition, paving layout and soil erosion plans.
* Implication of floodplain area, by-laws and floodplain compensation.
* Changes to drawings per MDOT, County and City review letters and tackled all issues and concerns of the governing authority in the submittals....
