Experiences at HSBC (formerly Household)

I've had many opportunities for professional and personal growth at HSBC. I've learned many sides of our operations business from Collections, Customer Service, Retention, Compliance, and Learning & Development. I've travel to many of our domestic sites for various durations (Portland OR, Salinas CA, Buffalo NY, Sioux Falls SD, Tulsa OK, and Chicago IL) and had the opportunity for a short-term assignment at our Kolkata India site as a SME. We participate in local CRA (Community Reinvestment Act) teaching various grade levels of local Clark county students basics information about their communities and about of financing works.
