After graduation, I was employed by Huawei Corp in 2001.
Phase I
Title: h/w engineer
Job description:
??? from 2001 to 2003 I worked as a hardware engineer in Huawei 3G Dept. My major responsibility is circuit design on PPC8260 platform, a type of telecommunications CPU.
??? Using Verilog and VHDL to program logical chipset such as FPGA and CPLD
??? Reading BSP source code in order to test h/w function.
??? Using vxwork on tornado.
Achievement:
??? The project I undertaken reached great success. Almost all boards of WCDMA RNC of huawei are mounted on this circuit platform.
Phase II
I wanted to be an all-around knowledge man not only hardware but also software. Based on this view, I applied for a software development engineer position in 2003.

Job description:
??? Since 2003, I had worked as a code design engineer with responsibility for research and development of core module of testing tool MTT, abbreviation for Mirror Testing Tool. It was used to have Unit Test by product programmer in C language. It can compile, debug and make Unit Testing in C code.
??? Collect requirements via visiting to many development engineers in huawei.
??? Architecture designation and draft specification
??? write 60,000 lines in C language and X86 assemble language in this project.

Achievement:
??? Because its stability and multi-function and easy to use, this testing tool have achieved great success too. In MTT project, I am project leader. With my success with above two projects, my boss wanted to promote me as department manager. He gave me a chance to learn more knowledge about telecommunication.
