Maintaining the flow of paperwork and making sure the customers are satified with the service. The sales side is also dificult becuase in the health care industry customers assume their insurace will pay for everything and if they will not the customer does not want it. Iwould often have to convince the customer that this product would help them and they should purchase it anyway....

I am one of a few people in the company that helps keep the place going. When one of the new wmployees has a question they often come to me because I am easy to aproach and willing to help. The service department is a very stressful department. Many phone calls and complicated billing procedures make it very difficult to maintain a steady flow. I feel we have had good time and bad depending on the quality of service techs we had availible....
