I'm responsible for 100% Digital Technician support, and development of an asset tracking system as well as license tracking and documentation for a new release of the diagnostic tool. In my previous job within the GIS department, I worked on high level projects, worked within all levels of the organization, recommended Best Practices, and facilitated the logistics of receiving and disposing of computer equipment. Tracking assets and working on various projects took a lot of my time, but never took away my customer service ability....
