Dealing with an unknown customer base (in the beginning) and being able to develop trust and confidence with these people.

I would describe this job as challenging, rewarding and for the most part fulfilling. A great deal of my time was spent trying to understand what each individual person needed. This was an Indian owned bank and the differences in language and customs made this job a constant "work in progress". I truly liked interfacing with the different personalities and learning about a different culture. I am happy to say that I made genuine friends from some of my Indian customers and to this day count them among my good friends. In short, what I did was interface with these people and helped develop a stronger customer base with them....
