HealthDrive?
* Schedule daily visits for six health care providers out of a large pool of nursing homes (50-plus) in order to provide care for a maximum number of patients per day. * Act as contact person for nursing facilities when residents experience health problems; answer questions that patient's families might have in regard to services performed, insurance queries, etc. * Enroll residents of nursing homes in HealthDrive's dental, eye, podiatry, and audiology programs; ensure that all paperwork is completed appropriately and is accessible. * Learned and utilized in-house database software and patient tracking systems so as to balance timely and proper patient care with revenue expectations. * Regularly increased patients seen per month versus previous month and revenue earned by all six providers. By Feb. 2007, increased monthly dental hygienist average by ~3 patients per day from average in May 2006....
