I started out in the call center so I was interviewed by the call center manager--had to take a typing test.

What's one of the projects you worked on at Healthnet of the northeast?

I worked on network management projects-making sure hospital claims were paid correctly according to the contract.

I was responsible for reviewing all claims for medical edits and also researching claims that needed adjustments/
