First 1 year:
Worked as a Business Analyst for Industrial Practice Group at Knowledge Management Center of Heidrick and Struggles.
After that:
Initiated and set up the Supply Chain Practice which involved setting up Knowledge Management processes for SCM practice, creating new products and research services etc. My area of specialization was in Supply Chain practice in Industrial/Manufacturing, Retail, Life Sciences & IT Industry. In this role, besides working on typical research projects, I created several thoughtpieces and whitepapers on Supply Chain Sector. Some of these papers were published online....
