When I first started at Hewitt in 1998, I helped implement the background checking. It was a very interesting project, but very stressful. I was responsible for data entry for many different clients that had anywhere between 1500 and 5000 employees. I sent out mass mailings for these same clients. I was also responsible for monthly billing statements for some of these same clients.

Served as a Subject Matter Expert, coaching other managers on benefit plans, Career Development, Performance Assessments, Team Staffing and Structure; coaching across the line of business on People Management, and functional Training Programs. Interview potential candidates for various roles.

* Created and implemented new training structure and program for a $75 million client with over one million participants that resulted in a 27% increase in Customer Satisfaction Scores and a 13% decrease in escalated issues.

* Consulted with Human Resources, Practice Leaders and Workforce Operations Leaders on consolidating employee data and documentation systems to save the firm $1.1 million on technology and administration costs.
