* Provide Tier I and Tier II network escalation support on all network devices like Cisco 2500 and 3500 Series Routers, Cisco 4000 and 6500 Series Catalysts
Switch, Extreme Summit and 7i switches, Windows 2000/2003 Servers platform.
* Maintain and Create new HP customer VLAN in the datacenter. Perform troubleshoot on inconsistent VLANs.
* Design, implement and troubleshoot LAN and wireless technologies on campus and data centers.
* Implement and troubleshoot WAN technologies like Frame-Relay, ATM- IMA, T1, OC3, OC12 and Packet-Over-Sonet.
* Formulate and troubleshoot Internet application like FTP, Proxy, Cisco VPN technologies to internal and external partners.
