What's unique about working at Highland Homes?

Many homebuilders don't realize that working as a sales assistant didn't mean working as a hostess. I did pretty much everything the sales counselor did, from greeting/qualifying the customer all the way to closing the home, but I didn't get paid the commission.

What's the best team you worked with at Highland Homes?

No team here. Most of the time I worked alone to qualify prospective homebuyers so that the sales counselor could write up the contracts.
