What's the toughest problem you've had to solve at Holland America Line?When I had the entire sound system shut down during a show. The system was computer based so I had to reboot the system. It took about 5 minutes to get the show back on track.

How would you describe what you did at Holland America Line?I mixed Front of House and monitors simultaniously for concerts and production shows. I was also responsible for maintenance of all equipment in the theater and the audio equipment around each ship.

How would you describe what you did at Holland America Line?Operating computers,printing and delivering reports. Checking Help Desk emails and responding and writing up tickets. Monitoring web sites and network sites. Printing cruise documents and detecting hardware failures.

How did you find your job at Holland America Line?Alaska season is our busiest time of the year. A close friend of mine got my foot in the door as a temp in her department (Documentation) during the height of Alaska season, and then the opportunity arose for a permanent position in Guest Relations. I applied, interviewed, and they hired me.
