Always do your best! Never try to complete something that you dont understand, there is always help. Just always smile and have fun.

Many things, I have learned how to be very independant, I have also learned how to be a team player . Reach for high goals. How to reward the partners that work very hard and show them that you care and also the ones that struggle to show them that they can acheive their goals with help

Umm this would have to be the loss prevention side of the buisness. It is always hard when you have to deal with someone who is stealing from your company

Making sure that all customers are satisfied . Making sure that we have the best of the best guest service reps.

I have opened the store and closed the store. I have completed many many inventories. Set up sidewalk sales, Neighborhood marketing, shipping and receiving product and invoices from vendors, Merchandising the store per layouts, Taking monies to and from the bank, deposits, daily paperwork , Scheduling, interviewing, training, hiring . You name it i have done it at my company...

You have to have Great Customer Service! You have to be able to help each and every guest with anything that they are looking for , No matter the situation. You have to be able to work in a fast paced enviroment with alot going on around you and always have on a smile.
