> Originated over 20 million dollars in loan volume; Recognized as a top monthly loan originator in the entire bank
> Applied Risk, Regulatory & Finance
principles to every transaction to access potential impact on bank portfolio, ensure success of loan securitization and proper coordination with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, RESPA and Basel Accord Guidelines.
> Conducted credit, underwriting and financial analysis, and assisted the client through the loan application process. Approved loans by examining application and supporting documentation; estimated credit-worthiness, calculated repayment risk.
