We have a book club, and currently we're in the middle of reading 'The Ten Faces of Innovation" by Tom Kelly of IDEO.

Typically there is a portfolio drop-off policy for design candidates, and if there is interest shown from the staff upon seeing the portfolio, an interview with the candidate may be scheduled. Final candidates usually return for a half- or full-day series of interviews with chosen employees.

I had worked here before, so this is my second time around. I first came here fresh out of college, after I had targeted HADW as a company I wanted to work for.

I listen to music sometimes, usually jazz, electronic, latin, or big band.

I wish I had more vacation time!!

This is a unique place to work because I am constantly surrounded by some of the most intelligent and creative people I've ever met in my life.
