How would you describe what you did at IBM/Lotus Development?

Responsible for identifying and rectifying content problems within the Notes Support Services organization. This included:

* Analyzing and re-engineering business process and their related workflows
across several related Notes databases and Vantive/PeopleSoft CRM
* Recommending and
specifying changes to existing technologies to improve
content flow and eliminate redundancy
* Evaluating, recommending, and testing new technologies to improve Notes
Support Services' operations. For example, coordinating a three-month,
international evaluation of the InQuery search engine (now known as BASIS).
* Authoring and editing knowledgebase "technotes" from software discrepancy
