How would you describe what you did at IBM Business Consulting Services?

IBM was chosen as the prime integrator for the Defense Logistics Agency subsistence system modernization. DLA aims at implementing a Common Food Mgt System [CFMS] to modernize Inventory, Menu Planning, Ordering, Meal Production, and Point of Sale processes. The system design is service-oriented to maximize the centralized data's quality. My role as Sr. BPR analyst included designing streamlined functional processes to support an enterprise system that consolidates 5 antiquated military subsistence systems.
