How would you describe what you did at ICI Paints?putting paint in to warehouse picking bins,so order pickers could pull orders,moving old stock out first,loading and unloading trucks,pulling orders

What's the toughest problem you've had to solve at ICI Paints?Whether or not to run particular batches at the end of the week without having to run into overtime. Since 2nd shift is the last shift of the week, and we have to clean up and close down the plant.

How would you describe what you did at ICI Paints?Currently I have been the Team Leader on 2nd shift over the filling department for the past 8 years. This department is responsible for filling certain batches of paint into either 5 gallon, 1 gallon, quarts, 55 gallon drums, or 275 gallon containers.

What are the most challenging aspects of your job at ICI Paints?We deal with a variety of customers in all walks of the contracting business, so being able to adapt to so many different personalities and jobs areas is unique and definately a challenge. Working in management is a challenge at my company because I take the responsibility many different job ...
