* Recruited and directed a 100-person team of moderators responsible for first-tier technical support for this 3rd largest bulletin board on the Internet, ranked by Big-Boards.com, serving 770,000 registered users with 100 million total posts. Served on an eight-person management team. * Performed daily administrative and technical duties for the board community and network sites. * Formulated board policies in collaboration with IGN staff, board administrators, and board managers. * Oversaw a six-person team charged with removals and reinstatements based on rules violations. * Liaised between site content staff and board staff. Provided training to new moderators.
Selected Achievements: * Accelerated responsiveness by decreasing average turnaround time from 72 to 12 hours. * Clearly defined rules which decreased the overall number of banned users. * Streamlined numerous process and procedures to benefit the community....
