Experiences at IWNC Group

Co-designed and facilitated a large-scale workshop for UNICEF, China. Analyzed staff member needs and made critical observations via a written report to UNICEF China.
Strengthened the culturally diverse UNICEF China group to perform more effectively as a team with a dynamic strategic conversational group process. UNICEF China became more united as an organization and were then able to focus on aligning their people with the organization's strategy.
Delivered a process to enable UNICEF China an opportunity both to reflect and enlighten the group on the implications of UN reform on the sustainability of UNICEF China.
