Responsible for production planning, scheduling and analyses for all product lines to meet sales order requirements, while maximizing production capacity at reasonable level of inventory, including On-Time Delivery at the least cost and measurement of test line items. Executing timely allocation of finished goods to match customer needs; oversees and controlling inventory from Assembly/Test to Customer end and influencing inventory levels at all staging allocations; acting as spokesman to Ibiden Japan Planning and customer representative to IPI working group. Plans for smooth manufacturing schedule through timely/accurate release of information as directions/documentation, run rate goals/analysis. Analyzes capacity and adopt it to each product health variables and other planning parameter as overtime, extension and shutdown. Highlights problems/issues with proposed solutions, strategizing recovery plans and ensuring flawless execution of all players. Establishes lead-time on orders to meet delivery commitments. Expedites orders with vendors and manufacturing. Standardization of Manpower and Operation thru the process of elimination, rearrangement, simplification, and combination of list of stock works by using the IE Quantitative Tools. Calculating Worker's over-all efficiency by gathering data thru conducting time and motion analysis and line balancing Monitoring Productivity from target to actual values....
