Experiences at IdealSoft

IdealSoft is a subsidiary of Ideal Group. It is a software development company with branches across number of countries in Middle East. It served UAE Army General Head Quarter in Applications Solutions project; Logistics (Warehousing deals with NATO/NON_NATO Items, Armament item Control, Custody Follow up, Requisition and budget depletion, Acquisition follow up systems), Staff College (Admission, Planning and scheduling, Registration, Follow up and Evaluation systems), and Signals Solutions (Billing, Maintenance, Planning Network, and Encoding Systems). My roles, responsibilities and tasks performed are as the following:

* Worked with Army (Logistics Division) brigadier general (retired), who joined IdealSoft as GHQ Product Manager and participated in marketing and client education activities.
* Lead the development team for large scale and complex application development project for United Arab Emirates - General Head Quarter (GHQ).
* Provided product development and project management support on a variety of different engagements.
* Served as the 'go-to-person' for IdealSoft (head office, project teams, implementation team) and the customers in the UAE.
* Trained and prepared new implementation engineers on delivering solutions on product implementation engagements in the UAE.
* Successfully served the company in different capacities e.g., Product designer/Modeler, software engineer, application developer, quality assurance & implementation specialist.
* Technical team leader and coordinator between the IdealSoft team in UAE and Amman branches for all product development activities, i.e. functionalities, features, prioritizing feedback, new patches and releases.
* Interviewed candidates for GHQ Applications Implementation Engineers positions.
* Develop a product MASI (Management Sales and Implementation) document aligned to IdealSoft's Master MASI to assist new managers and salesmen to understand product capabilities.
* Prepared and Performed products presentation for Executives in Military Staffing College in Jordan.
* Designed a Major Simulation and leaded all its preparation that was conducted in UAE for the Army General Headquarter and leaded to contract sign in....
